Is Law Expert a remote practice?
Yes. We advise and support clients across England and Wales without requiring office visits. Secure portal access, video consultations, and electronic documents are standard.
Do you offer fixed fees?
Wherever the work can be scoped clearly, we prefer fixed fees so you know the cost before we begin. Some matters require staged fees as the case develops.
What areas do you cover?
We focus on civil and family law — including children matters, divorce and finances, domestic abuse injunctions, and care proceedings — with selected civil work assessed individually.
